
Hi, I’m Jen!
A lead generation strategist who helps business owners grow their business by putting real relationships at the center of everything. My work is focused on trust, intention, and connection (not cold tactics or surface-level outreach) because I believe business should feel good for everyone involved.
For a long time, I thought my love for people began during my corporate HR days. But after years of therapy and deep inner work, I realized it started much earlier, in childhood.
I wasn’t the popular kid. I was often left out, overlooked, and trying desperately to fit in… but never quite belonging. My parents divorced early, my dad couldn’t be bothered. My mom worked multiple jobs and put herself through school just to keep us afloat. And while I always had food on the table and a roof over my head, I often felt like a burden, not a blessing (I know deep down she did the best she could.)
I spent my early years fighting to be seen. To prove I mattered. Like many kids in chaotic environments, I learned to survive by becoming the “good girl.” The perfectionist. The one who didn’t ruffle feathers. Because praise and approval felt like safety and being invisible felt like punishment.
That experience shaped everything. It’s why I’m so people-focused now.
Why I remember the details.
Why I bring people together.
Why I build trust first — always.
Because I know what it feels like to be unseen. And I never want anyone else to feel that way — especially in business.
That’s the heart behind my mission, to help service-based business owners grow by investing in people first. Because when we lead with humanity and connection, the results always follow, not just in sales, but in loyalty, referrals, and deep-rooted relationships that last.
I believe that treating people well and caring isn’t a tactic, it’s a non-negotiable.
I believe in creating spaces in conversation, community, and connection where people feel seen, chosen, and deeply valued.
And I do this by listening with intention, following through with care, and building emotionally attuned relationships that go far beyond the surface.
Because for too long, I didn’t feel seen.
And now, the work I do is a healing counter-narrative.
One that creates safety, sincerity, and significance for everyone it touches.
And when I’m not hanging out in the commenting section, the DMs or helping my clients grow their business through real connection, you’ll find me living out that same intention in my personal life.
I love a beautifully set table, charcuterie boards are my current creative outlet (and yes, I’m working on making them prettier with each one).
Escape rooms are my favourite way to bring people together — I organize group outings at least once a quarter.
Cooking and baking are how I show love, food is definitely one of my top love languages.
I’m also a proud IVF mama to a fabulous little girl, and I’m weirdly amazing at parallel parking and I’ll back into a space almost every time.
This work and the life I’m building is all about creating space for people to feel seen, chosen, and deeply valued.
